These Terms govern access to and use of All Above, including its marketplace, community, creator tools and connected social publishing features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
01Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use only accounts and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
02Marketplace and content
Creators retain ownership of their original content while granting All Above the limited rights needed to host, process, display and deliver it. Buyers receive only the license stated for their purchase. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe or unauthorized material.
04Platform policies
You must follow TikTok and any other connected platform terms, music rules, branded-content disclosures, community guidelines and API restrictions. Do not use All Above to copy arbitrary third-party content, evade limits, spam users or misrepresent ownership.
05Payments and subscriptions
Prices, credits, fees, renewal terms and refund eligibility are shown in the relevant checkout or plan flow. Payment processors may apply additional terms. You authorize charges you confirm through the service.
06Acceptable use
You may not interfere with service security, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted components, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, manipulate engagement or use the service in violation of law.
07Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address policy violations, legal requirements, fraud, security threats or harm to the platform or its users. You may stop using the service and disconnect linked accounts at any time.
08Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control third-party platform uptime, moderation or API decisions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
09Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.
03Connected social publishing
Connecting TikTok or another platform authorizes All Above to use the permissions you approve. A publication is sent only after you review the target account, content and available settings and provide express consent. Scheduled publishing is a delivery instruction, not a guarantee: connected platforms may reject, moderate, delay, limit or remove content under their own policies.
