01Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, marketplace activity, content you upload, transaction records, support communications, device and security logs, and the minimum information returned by services you choose to connect.
02TikTok and connected services
When you connect TikTok, TikTok may provide an account identifier, display name, avatar, granted permissions and OAuth tokens. We use this information only to show the connected account, refresh authorized access, and publish content you expressly approve. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side; they are never exposed in the browser.
03Content publishing
We store media, captions, schedules, privacy selections and interaction settings needed to complete an approved publication. Source media is kept in private storage and is removed after successful processing or cancellation where practical. TikTok processes published content under its own terms and privacy policy.
04How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace, deliver purchased content, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain publishing logs, comply with law, and improve reliability and user experience.
05Sharing and processors
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, with a connected platform at your direction, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. We do not sell OAuth tokens or connected-account credentials.
06Retention and security
We retain records only as long as needed for the purposes described above, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security and legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive credentials, request validation and activity logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
07Your choices and rights
You can disconnect TikTok from your connected accounts, which revokes access where available and deletes locally stored tokens. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the official All Above support channel. Some transaction, safety or legal records may need to be retained.
08Children
The service is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to use the platform in their jurisdiction.
09Changes
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
